1980
- The company was incorporated as Magnum Papers Private Limited on May 29, 1980.
1982
- A paper mill was set up with an installed capacity of 1,185 MT per annum.
- Commercial production commenced in December.
1984
- The company was taken over by Mr. Salek Chand Jain along with his sons.
1986
- The company was taken over by Mr. Salek Chand Jain.
1990
- The machine was upgraded and modified for manufacturing of Creamove and Board paper.
- The capacity was enhanced by 2,400 MT per annum.
1994
- Land was purchased at Plot No. 18/29 and 18/30 adjoining Plot No. 18/31, Site IV, Industrial area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
- The capacity was expanded by 23,000 MT per annum.
1995
- The company became a Public Limited Company on May 31, 1995.
- The face value of Equity Share of the company was sub-divided from Rs. 100/- to Rs. 10/-.
- A bonus issue was made to existing shareholders in the ratio of 11 equity shares for every 6 equity shares held.
1996
- Land was purchased at Plot No. 18/41 Site-IV, Industrial Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and a separate manufacturing unit was set up for manufacturing Duplex Board.
1997
- A DG Set was installed for 100% power backup in case of failure and cuts of Grid power.
1999
- A Creamove manufacturing unit was set up with a capacity of 11,415 MT per annum at Plot No. 18/41 Site-IV, Industrial Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
- Land was purchased at 64/6, Site-IV, Industrial Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh to cater to the space requirements for Finishing House.
- A DG Set was installed for 100% power backup.
2002
- The manufacturing unit at 18/29-30, Industrial Area, Sahibabad was upgraded and modified, and capacity was increased by 10,000 MT per annum.
2004
- The Duplex Board manufacturing machine was installed at Plot No. 18/41, Industrial Area, Sahibabad, and capacity was increased by 27,000 MT per annum.
2005
- A 4.3 MW Captive Power Plant was successfully installed.
- The De-inking Project commenced.
- The upgradation and modernization of the Paper unit was planned and a term loan of Rs. 35 lakhs was sanctioned.
- The installed capacity was increased by 5,000 MT per annum.
2006
- The company was awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification on March 23, 2006 for quality management systems.
- The company's two subsidiaries viz., Bachins India (P) Ltd., and Bisonic Engineers Private Limited were amalgamated with Magnum.
- The company purchased land situated at 64/5, Site-IV, Industrial Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
- The company diversified into the hotel business by setting up a Hotel Division.
- The name of the company was changed to Magnum Ventures Limited.
2009
- Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Agrawal was appointed as Company Secretary of the Company.
- The company announced the soft launch of its 5-Star hotel at 64/6, Site-IV, Institutional Area, Sahibabad.
2010
- The Company was awarded the formal Five Star category by the Central Classification Committee (HRACC), Ministry of Tourism, India.
2012
- Registered Office of the Company was shifted from 'MAGNUM HOUSE', 3/4326, Ansari Road, Darya Ganj, Delhi - 110002 to 685, Chitla Gate, Chawri Bazar, Delhi - 110006
2014
- Licence under FSSAI was acquired by the Hotel.
- Kabab Junction was opened at the lobby level.
2024
- The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 2:11 at a premium of Rs. 44 per share.
