2007
- Mr. Ramesh Kumar Bhattar was re-appointed as director of the company.
- The company name was changed from Maharashtra Industrial Leasing & Industries Ltd to Maharashtra Overseas Ltd
2011
- The company changed its name from Maharashtra Overseas Ltd. to Maharashtra Corporation Ltd.

- The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 11:3 at par.
