For the half-year period, revenue reached Rs 1,072.12 lakhs versus Rs 648.14 lakhs last year, while net profit was Rs 44.21 lakhs compared to Rs 1,355.38 lakhs previously. The company also appointed Mr. Nishant Sharma as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with immediate effect. During the period, Majestic Auto liquidated its entire investment in subsidiary Emirates Technologies Private Limited by selling 1.60 crore equity shares at Rs 122.50 per share, totaling Rs 196 crore. The company received an advance of Rs 6.00 crore during the quarter as part of a plot leasing agreement with Cyrrus Manufacturing LLP.
