1996
- Manaksia Industries (Nigeria) Limited, a subsidiary, was incorporated.
- The scheme of amalgamation of R.K. Aluminium Limited, Manaksia Containers Limited, Auro Enterprises Limited, and Mandwara Polymer Chemie Limited with our Company was sanctioned by the High Court at Calcutta.
2000
- The scheme of amalgamation of Manaksia Crowns Limited, Manaksia Closures Limited, and Kunststoff Polymers Limited with our Company was sanctioned by the High Court at Calcutta and Jabalpur.
- The company changed its name to Manaksia Limited pursuant to a resolution of the shareholders.
2002
- Dynatech Industries Ghana Limited, a subsidiary, was incorporated.
- Mark Steels Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, was set up to manufacture sponge iron.
2003
- The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was granted to our Company.
2006
- Euroasian Ventures FZE, a 100% fully owned subsidiary company, was set up in Jebel Ali Free Zone, UAE.
2007
- The amalgamation of Paramount Containers Limited and Spark Exports Limited with our Company was sanctioned by the High Court at Calcutta.
2008
- Mr. Anand Sharma joined the Company as Company Secretary.
- Mr. Sandeep Sultania was redesignated as Vice President- Accounts.
2009
- Mr. Nitin Didwania was appointed as Company Secretary of the company.
2010
- Manaksia Ltd recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.40 per fully paid-up equity share.
2011
- Manaksia Ltd recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share.
2014
- Manaksia Ltd approved the appointment of Mr. Raj Kumar Banthia as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and also as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
