The company reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹1,904.19 lakh and profit after tax of ₹333.01 lakh for the quarter. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations reached ₹4,914.63 lakh with profit after tax of ₹389.28 lakh. The company operates in two main segments: Agriculture (manufacturing and trading of hybrid seeds) and Real Estate (development and construction of properties). Additionally, the Board appointed M/s Nimit B. Shah & Co, Chartered Accountants, as the company's scrutinizer. The earnings per share stood at ₹3.03 for standalone results and ₹3.55 for consolidated results.

Mangalam Seeds Limited Completes Board Transition with New Independent Directors

Mangalam Seeds Limited announced significant changes to its board composition. Two Independent Directors, Mr. Samir Jitendrabhai Shah and Mrs. Riddhi Nimit Shah, completed their terms effective June 20, 2025, after serving since May 2015. Mr. Shah ceased his roles as Chairman of the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committee, while Mrs. Shah stepped down from her positions as Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders' Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. The company simultaneously appointed two new Independent Directors: Mr. Ashish Damodarbhai Patel and Mrs. Siddhi Arjun Shah, both for five-year terms starting July 23, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. Mr. Patel holds an MBA in Marketing and has a background in Mechanical Engineering with experience in technical sales and business development. Mrs. Shah is a practicing Company Secretary with an MBA in Finance and over 10 years of professional experience in corporate law and compliance.
