The company achieved area sales of 65,845 square feet (18% increase) and booking value of INR 166 crores (29% increase) for the quarter, supported by strong demand across residential and commercial segments in Mumbai micromarkets.

Marathon Nextgen Realty Reports Strong Q2 FY26 Performance with ₹900 Crore QIP Completion

Marathon Nextgen Realty Limited shared its investor presentation for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company successfully raised ₹900 crores through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) and achieved a net cash position post-QIP, significantly strengthening its balance sheet. For Q2 FY26, the company reported total revenues of ₹155 crores, EBITDA of ₹80 crores with a 52% margin, and profit after tax of ₹67 crores with a 43% margin. The company sold 65,845 sq.ft. of area generating booking value of ₹166 crores and collections of ₹191 crores during the quarter. Marathon has ongoing projects across key locations including Monte South in Byculla, Nexzone in Panvel, and Neo series projects in Bhandup. The company announced upcoming launches including Monte South Commercial (7.5 lakh sq.ft.), Nexzone Phase III (4.9 lakh sq.ft.), and Marathon Neo Series (15.82 lakh sq.ft.). A strategic board-approved amalgamation arrangement is designed to streamline corporate structure, with the merged entity having 418 acres of land and developable area potential of 4.2 crore sq.ft.
