1991	The Company was incorporated as a public limited company on 1/11/91. The Company obtained a certificate for commencement of business on 11/11/91.
1993	The Company received Category I Merchant Banker unit registration from the Securities and Exchange Board of India on 16/9/93. The Company managed six issues, mobilising capital of Rs.69.16 crores from 16/9/93 to 31/3/94.
1994	The Company transferred its fund-based activities to a subsidiary on 30/4/94. The Company managed thirteen issues, mobilising capital of Rs.133.49 crores as on 31/12/94. The Joint Venture deployed Rs.545 Lacs in the fund-based business.
