2000
- The name of the company was changed to Maruti Interior Products Pvt. Ltd. vide resolution dated April 8.
- A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on change in name was issued by the registrar of companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli at Ahmedabad dated May 12.
2021
- The Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders on October 20.
- The name of the Company was changed to Maruti Interior Products Limited.
- A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name upon conversion into public company was issued by the RoC on November 9.
2022
- The Company received the prestigious award from BSE Limited for achievement of top five best performing SME and Startup Companies for the year 2021-22.
