- The Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders on October 20.
- The name of the Company was changed to Maruti Interior Products Limited.
- A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name upon conversion into public company was issued by the RoC on November 9.
