Mediaone Global Entertainment Limited's Board of Directors held a meeting on September 5, 2025, approving several key decisions. The board approved the notice for the 43rd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2025, at 11:30 A.M. through video conference. They also approved the Annual Report including Director's Report and all annexures, appointed CDSL as intermediaries for e-voting purposes, and appointed M/S Lakshmmi Subramanian & Associates as scrutinizers for e-voting.
