2002

  • The Board approved the issue of up to 14,00,000 shares to Interpro Scribe Ltd at Rs 70/- each on a preferential basis.

2003

  • Megasoft was assessed at Maturity Level 4 in the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) for software.

2004

  • The Board approved the proposal for merger/amalgamation of XIUS India Ltd with the Company.
  • Satyam Computer acquired Megasoft in a stock deal through Xius.

2005

  • Megasoft tied up with Registrat.

2007

  • Megasoft completed the acquisition of US-based Boston Communications Group, Inc. in an all-cash deal valued at $65 million.
  • The Company recommended a dividend of Rupee One per share (10%).
  • Megasoft signed a multi-year, multi-million dollar ASP Agreement with a US Company.

2008

  • The Company recommended a dividend of 12% on equity shares of Rs 10 each.

2010

  • Megasoft created Innovation Centers to focus on new solutions.
  • Megasoft planned a $25 million buyout in Latam and Europe.

2011

  • The Company appointed Mr. G V Kumar as Managing Director.
