1988
- The Company became a deemed public company on 15.06.1988
- The name of the Company was changed to Menon Pistons Ltd on 25th June, 1988
1994
- The Company was converted into a full fledged public company vide Special Resolution passed on 10th November, 1994.

- Vijay Menon and Parameswaran resigned from the Directorship of Menon Pistons.
