Mercantile Ventures Limited has filed Form NCLT-1 with the National Company Law Tribunal Chennai Bench for the proposed scheme of amalgamation with India Radiators Limited as the transferor company. The filing advances the merger process that affects shareholders and creditors of both companies, following previous intimations dated April 08, 2025 and October 15, 2025.

Mercantile Ventures Reports Mixed Quarterly Results and Appoints New CFO

Mercantile Ventures Limited reported quarterly results for the period ended September 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company posted a net loss of Rs 18.96 lakhs compared to a profit of Rs 18.77 lakhs in the same quarter last year. However, consolidated results showed a net profit of Rs 140.64 lakhs versus Rs 81.44 lakhs in the previous year quarter. Income from operations increased to Rs 1,122.70 lakhs from Rs 903.83 lakhs year-on-year on standalone basis, while consolidated income from operations rose to Rs 2,351.27 lakhs from Rs 1,784.34 lakhs. The company operates in three main segments: rent and maintenance of immovable properties, manpower services, and security services. Additionally, the board appointed Mr. N Umasankar as Additional Director designated as Whole-time Director (Finance) & CFO for a two-year term from October 27, 2025 to October 26, 2027. Mr. Umasankar brings 32 years of finance and administrative experience with qualifications in Corporate Studies and MBA in Finance and HR.
