2004
- The equity shares of My Fair Lady Ltd were delisted from the Ahmedabad and Delhi Stock Exchanges.
2011
- The company changed its name from My Fair Lady Ltd. to MFL India Ltd.
- The merger of Dynamic Movers Pvt. Ltd. with the company was approved.
- The company approved the amalgamation of Dynamic Movers Private Limited with MFL India Ltd.
2014
- MFL India Ltd changed its registered office from B-802, Munirka Apartments, Plot No. 11, Sector-9, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075 to C-4/28, Aacharya Niketan Mayur Vihar, Ph-1, Delhi-110091.
2015
- MFL India Ltd split its face value of shares from Rs. 10 to Rs. 1.
- MFL India received a contract LOI from Hero Motocorp Ltd for the induction of 50 car carriers for two wheelers.
