Modern Shares and Stockbrokers Limited reported total revenue from operations of Rs 103.55 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to Rs 111.94 lakhs in the same quarter last year. The company's net profit after tax decreased to Rs 15.90 lakhs from Rs 19.32 lakhs year-over-year. However, half-year performance showed improvement with net profit rising to Rs 30.80 lakhs compared to Rs 27.58 lakhs in the previous year. Total revenue from operations rose to Rs 99.05 lakhs from Rs 89.27 lakhs year-over-year. The company's brokerage and commission income increased to Rs 73.65 lakhs from Rs 62.26 lakhs in the previous year quarter. Basic and diluted earnings per share stood at Rs 0.46 compared to Rs 0.32 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The Board of Directors approved these unaudited financial results in a meeting held on August 7, 2025. The results were reviewed by auditors B D G & CO LLP.
