Modern Steels has no manufacturing operations as it previously sold its assets located at Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab. The company is currently engaged in certain activities and receives commission income. The Board of Directors approved these results in their meeting held on November 10, 2025, at Chandigarh. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and received an unmodified report from statutory auditors.
