Mohite Industries Reports Loss in Q1 FY26, Appoints New Auditors and Sets AGM Date

Mohite Industries Limited reported a standalone net loss of Rs 157.04 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 38.70 lakhs in the same period last year. Consolidated net loss stood at Rs 101.40 lakhs versus a profit of Rs 210.30 lakhs in the previous year quarter. The company's standalone revenue declined to Rs 2,227.05 lakhs from Rs 3,161.90 lakhs year-on-year. The Board appointed M/s N.M. Pathan & Co. as Internal Auditor, M/s S.V. Vhatte & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26, and Mr. Sachin Bidkar as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. The company scheduled its 34th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2025. The company operates in textiles and hydro power segments.
