1998
- Moldtek Plastics Limited began engaging in the business of manufacturing, processing, and sale of metallic and plastic packaging components.
2007
- The Company was converted into a public limited company on 10th August.
- The name of the Company was changed from Tresure Paks Limited to Moldtek Plastics Limited with effect from 20th August.
- The business of injection and blow moulded plastic components and containers was demerged and transferred to Moldtek Plastics Limited with effect from 1st April.
2008
- Mold-Tek Plastics Limited had export sales valued at Rs 1.466 crores.
2009
- Mold-Tek Plastics recommended a final dividend of 20%.
2010
- The Company changed its name from Moldtek Plastics Ltd to Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd.
- Mold-Tek Packaging received major orders from M/s Berger Paints India Ltd.
2011
- Mold-Tek Packaging recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3 per Equity Share (30%).
2012
- Mold-Tek Packaging grabbed a huge order from Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) for supply of 5 million containers.
- The Company received orders from Castrol India Limited.
- Mold-Tek Packaging inaugurated its new Daman Unit.
2013
- Mold-Tek Packaging was awarded the SME OF THE YEAR and TECH-SAVVY SME awards.
- Mold-Tek Packaging opened a new plant at Satara District, Maharashtra.
- Mold-Tek Packaging recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share (15%).
2014
- Mold-Tek Packaging recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share (15%).
2015
- Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd received the Quality Champion Award from Asian Paints (I) Ltd.
2016
- Mold-Tek Packaging won a contract from Asian Paints.
- Mold-Tek Packaging received the Award of Appreciation and Innovation.
- Mold-Tek Packaging inaugurated a plant at RAK and achieved an award.

- Mold-Tek Packaging Limited was awarded the Acceptance of Award.

- Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd issued rights shares of Rs. 5 in the ratio of 1:50 at a premium of Rs. 175 per share.
