- Mr. M.K. Doogar, the promoter of Doogar & Associates, started his profession as a Chartered Accountant.
1986
- Doogar & Associates Limited was originally incorporated as Green Dot Consultants Private Limited on 23rd October.
1991
- The name of the Company was changed to Doogar & Associates Private Limited on 11th March.
- The Company undertook Merchant Banking Activities under Category III, from 29th May.
1992
- The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on 4th May.
- The Company was associated with 18 public/rights issues as Advisors and was ranked No.1 amongst all merchant bankers.
1993
- The Company became a Category I Merchant Banker with effect from 1st June.
2000
- The Company issued 60,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to the new promoters' group, Goyal Group, on a preferential allotment basis.
2002
- The Company acquired the 1.13 MW windfarm located in Tamil Nadu.
2004
- The Company changed its name from Doogar Associates Limited to Morgan Ventures Limited.
2005
- The Company recommended payment of 10% dividend.
2006
- The Company recommended dividend at a rate of 10% per equity share.
- Mr. Ramesh Kumar was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.
2009
- The Company acquired 99% equity stake in Sudama Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- Morgan Ventures Ltd appointed Mr. Radha Krishna Pandey as Additional Director of the Company.
2015
- Morgan Ventures Ltd received an arbitration award in favour of the company.
