- Incorporation of the Company upon its conversion from a partnership firm to a private limited.

- Incorporation of the Company upon its conversion from a partnership firm to a private limited company.
- Manufacture of base shroud and fin assembly and pneumatic components for use in flight systems.

- Export Oriented Unit 100% EOU was established.

- Commencement of the manufacture of power units for Bloom Energy.

- Manufacture of power units for Bloom Energy.

- Commencement of defence exports by the Company.
2020
- The Company was converted into a public limited company.
- The name of the Company was changed to MTAR Technologies Limited.
- A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued to the Company.
- Commencement of developmental activity for roller screws.

- MTAR Technologies received an accolade for Indigenous Ball Screws.
