Nagpur Power and Industries Reports Q1 FY26 Results, Approves AGM Preparations

Nagpur Power and Industries Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. On a consolidated basis, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 1,563.89 lakhs compared to Rs 1,223.25 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax stood at Rs 38.67 lakhs versus Rs 61.00 lakhs in the previous year quarter. Basic earnings per share was Rs 0.30 compared to Rs 0.47 in the corresponding quarter. On standalone basis, the company had no revenue from operations and reported profit after tax of Rs 34.75 lakhs with basic EPS of Rs 0.27. The Board also approved the Director's Report for FY2025, draft notice for the 29th Annual General Meeting, book closure dates, and appointed Mr. Sanam Umbargikar as scrutinizer for e-voting. The company operates through three segments: High/Medium/Low Carbon Ferro Manganese and Silico Manganese Slag, Electrical Division, and Electro Mechanical Division.
