Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited decided to shut down its Arham Spinning Mills unit in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan by March 31, 2026, citing operational non-viability of the approximately 30-year-old facility. The spinning unit contributed Rs. 239.21 crores in turnover (15.63% of total company turnover) but resulted in a Rs. 14.16 crore loss for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

Nahar Industrial Enterprises to Discontinue Operations and Dispose Entire Stake in Subsidiary Logipark Kolkata

Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited announced it will discontinue business operations in its wholly owned subsidiary, Logipark Kolkata Private Limited, and dispose of its entire shareholding. The subsidiary was incorporated on April 8, 2025, with a net worth of Rs. One lakh and nil turnover. The company will transfer 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each on September 19, 2025, for a consideration of Rs. One lakh. The buyers are Mr. Om Prakash, Mr. Jugjiven Singh and others, who do not belong to the promoter or promoter group. The transaction does not fall within related party transactions.
