National Plastic Technologies Ltd received a Letter of Comfort from Hero MotoCorp Ltd for manufacturing and supply of plastic body parts (painted and unpainted). The contract has an initial estimated order value of up to Rs 52.50 crores per annum for a 3-year tenure. As part of the agreement, National Plastic Technologies will establish a manufacturing unit at or near Sri City/Tirupathi, Andhra Pradesh within 6 to 8 months. During the interim period, the company will supply from its existing manufacturing locations. The contract is domestic in nature and does not involve any related party transactions or promoter group interests.

National Plastic Technologies Reports 6.8% Revenue Growth in Q2 2025

National Plastic Technologies Limited reported revenue from operations of Rs 8,885.99 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to Rs 8,678.89 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit after tax increased to Rs 270.69 lakhs from Rs 253.50 lakhs year-over-year. For the half-year period, revenue reached Rs 16,293.25 lakhs versus Rs 15,546.36 lakhs in the previous year, with net profit rising to Rs 493.05 lakhs from Rs 462.02 lakhs. The company operates in the moulded plastic products segment and paid a final dividend of Rs 91.17 lakhs during the quarter. Earnings per share stood at Rs 4.17 for the quarter. The Board approved these unaudited financial results at their meeting held on October 31, 2025.

National Plastic Technologies Reports Q1 FY26 Results, Announces Key Board Appointments

National Plastic Technologies Limited reported unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company posted a net profit after tax of Rs 222.35 lakhs, compared to Rs 208.52 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 7,407.25 lakhs versus Rs 6,867.47 lakhs in the previous year quarter. Earnings per share increased to Rs 3.66 from Rs 3.43 year-on-year. The Board approved the appointment of M/s. P Muthukumaran & Associates as secretarial auditors for five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved the reappointment of Mr. Venkatesan N as Executive Director for three years from April 12, 2026 to April 11, 2029, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Mrs. Manju Parakh has expressed unwillingness for reappointment as Non-executive Director, while the Board recommended Mr. Alok Parakh for appointment as Non-executive Director at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
