2007
- A partnership deed was entered into by the erstwhile partners of M/s Navkar Infra and Logistics Corporation.
- The Partnership Firm was constituted.
2008
- The Company was incorporated under Part IX of the Companies Act, 1956.
- Preeti Logistics Limited obtained notification for appointing premises within Ajivali CFS II as a public bonded warehouse.
- The land at Ajivali was revalued, resulting in an increase in book value.
- Ajivali CFS I was set up by Preeti Logistics Limited.
2009
- The CFS at Somathane was established.
- Amalgamation of Preeti Logistics Limited with the Company was sanctioned, increasing installed handling capacity to 310,000 TEUs per annum.
- Notification was obtained for appointing premises within the Somathane CFS as a public bonded warehouse.
2010
- Preeti Logistics Limited amalgamated with the Company pursuant to a Scheme of Amalgamation.
- The Commissioner of Customs issued notifications recording the change in name of Ajivali CFS I and Ajivali CFS II to Navkar Corporation Limited.
2011
- Approval was received for opening a private siding at Somathane station as an Independent Booking Point.
- The Company was awarded Emerging Container Freight Station of the Year for Nhava Sheva by the 2nd All India Maritime and Logistics Awards.
2012
- The private siding at Somathane was commercially notified as a brownfield private freight terminal.
- The Company was awarded Fastest Growing Container Freight Station Operator of the Year for Nhava Sheva by the 3rd All India Maritime and Logistics Awards.
2013
- The Company was awarded Container Freight Station Operator of the Year for Nhava Sheva by the 4th All India Maritime and Logistics Awards.
- A certificate of merit was received from the World Customs Organization.
2014
- Approvals were obtained for handling hazardous cargo at Ajivali CFS II and Somathane CFS.
- The business of sale of agro products was discontinued with effect from April 1, 2014.
- The Company was awarded Container Freight Station of the Year at the Gateway Awards.
- The Company was awarded Container Freight Station Operator of the Year for Nhava Sheva by the 5th All India Maritime and Logistics Awards.
2015
- The Scheme of Amalgamation of Navkar Terminals Limited with Harvard Credit Rating Agency Private Limited was sanctioned by the High Court of Bombay.
- Approval was received for setting up the ICD by NTL at Umergaon, Valsad district, Gujarat.
- The Company received the ICC Supply Chain Excellence Award in the category of CFS Management.
2016
- Navkar Corporation won the ICC Supply Chain & Logistics Excellence Award in the category of Container Freight Station (CFS) Operator.
2018
- The Company received the Award for Highest Import Deliveries of Containers.
