NCC Bluewater Products Limited reported a net loss of Rs 57.08 lakhs for the half year ended September 30, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 8.10 lakhs in the previous period. The company recorded an exceptional gain of Rs 46.31 lakhs from land sale during the quarter. Total income from operations reached Rs 26.57 lakhs for the half year, with other income contributing significantly. Employee costs increased to Rs 4.55 lakhs from Rs 2.24 lakhs in the previous period. The company's cash and cash equivalents stood at Rs 1,101.57 lakhs as of September 30, 2025. Total equity decreased to Rs 1,232.68 lakhs from Rs 1,175.46 lakhs. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
