- The Company was renamed as `Mid-Day Multimedia Limited' and was converted into a Public Limited Company.
2003
- Bennett, Coleman & Co, publishers of the Times of India, and other leading newspaper companies bid for a majority stake in Mid-Day Multimedia.
2006
- Mr Shekhar Gupta, Director (Nominee of Indian Express), resigned from the board of the Company.
2009
- Mr. I. Venkat was appointed as an Additional Director on the board of the Company.
2010
- Mr. Dilip Cherian was appointed as an Additional Director on the board of the Company.
2011
- The company changed its name from Mid-Day Multimedia Ltd. to Next Mediaworks Ltd.
2012
- Mr. Ismail Dabhoya was appointed as the New Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
