- The Company name was changed to NIBE Ltd. from Kavita Fabrics Ltd.
2022
- NIBE received a work order from Goa Shipyard for supplying mild steel and high tensile steel plates with shot blasting and priming for a total consideration of Rs 25.18 crore.
2024
- The Company signed a Letter of Intent with HBE, South Korea to set-up a joint venture for forging facilities in India to manufacture defence and aerospace products.
- The Company received a Purchase Order from Ordefence Systems Limited for assemblies, sub-assemblies and supply of 12 kits of small arms for a total consideration of Rs. 307,76,34,875.
