1994
- The Company's name was changed to RDB Industries Limited.
- The Company took over the assets of New Tobacco Company on lease.
- The Company started commercial production at its Agarpara factory and launched several cigarette brands.
2003
- The Company entered into an agreement with M/s Sampoerna Asia Pte Ltd.
2006
- RDB Ind received ownership of New Tobacco.
- The Company recommended a dividend of 5% on equity shares.
2007
- The Company launched a new residential complex named 'Regent Ganga' at Uttarpara, Hoogly.
- A contract was awarded to the Company to build 72 dwelling units at Fort Williams, Kolkata.
- The Burdwan Municipalty awarded land to the Company to build a residential and commercial complex at Burdwan.
- The Gunawati Municipal Development Authority awarded the Company the right to develop a residential complex at Borsojai, Guwahati.
2008
- The Company recommended a dividend of 5% per equity share.
- Mr. Abhishek Rathi and Mr. Mahendra Pratap Singh were inducted as additional directors on the Board of the Company.
- The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare awarded a tender to the Company for setting up a residential complex at AIIMS Patna.
2009
- The Company was awarded a tender by HSCC (India) Ltd for the construction and development of a new campus for the Indian Institute of Chemical Biology.
- M/s RDB Realty & Infrastructure Ltd became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
2010
- The Company acquired a wholly-owned subsidiary.
2011
- The Company changed its name from RDB Industries Ltd. to NTC Industries Ltd.
- The Registered Office of the Company was shifted from 8/1, Lal Bazar Street to 149, B. T. Road, Kolkata.
2012
- Sri. Naresh Chandra Chakraborty was appointed as Managing Director of the Company.
2014
- Mr. Nilotpal Deb was appointed as Managing Director of the Company.
