1999
- The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, with the name ÂInfra Cement India Private Limited in Mumbai.
- The Company commenced its operations with the acquisition of the cement business of the Tata Iron and Steel Company Limited, including the Jojobera Cement Plant and Sonadih Cement Plant.
- The name of the Company was changed to ÂLafarge India Private LimitedÂ.
- The Company became a deemed public limited company with effect from November 2, 1999.
2000
- The Company acquired the cement business of Raymond Limited, including the Arasmeta Cement Plant.
2008
- The Company (through an erstwhile group entity) acquired the ready-mix concrete business of Larsen & Toubro Limited.
2009
- The Company commissioned a new clinker line at the Sonadih Cement Plant.
- The Company commenced operations at the Mejia Cement Plant.
2010
- The Company (through an erstwhile group entity) commenced the supply of ready-mix concrete for World One building at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
2012
- Inauguration of Construction Development & Innovation Centre (CDIC) at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
2013
- The Company commenced operations at the Chittorgarh Cement Plant.
2014
- The Company commenced operations at the Bhiwani Cement Plant.
- The Company (through an erstwhile group entity) commenced the supply of ready-mix concrete to the metro railway project at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
- The Company supplied concrete for the construction of Nazrul Tirtha at Kolkata, West Bengal.
- The Company supplied concrete for the construction of the Swami Narayan Temple at Kolkata, West Bengal.
2015
- The Company commenced the supply of concrete to the metro railway project at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
2016
- Nirchem Cement Limited, an erstwhile wholly-owned subsidiary of Nirma Limited, acquired all the Equity Shares held by Lafarge group in the Company.
- The Company was once again converted to a public limited company resulting in the change of name to ÂLafarge India LimitedÂ.
2017
- The name of the Company was changed to ÂNuvoco Vistas Corporation LimitedÂ.
- The Company commenced the supply of concrete to the metro railway project at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Nirchem Cement Limited, an erstwhile wholly-owned subsidiary of Nirma Limited, was amalgamated with the Company.
2019
- The Company commissioned its first captive power plant and waste heat recovery power plant in the Chittorgarh Cement Plant.
2020
- The Company acquired NU Vista as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
- The cement undertaking of Nirma Limited located at Nimbol, Rajasthan was amalgamated with the Company.
2022
- Nuvoco wins the Golden Peacock Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance - 2022.
- Nuvoco launches Concreto Glyde A One-Stop Solution for amazing floor and robust roof in Residentials and Commercials Projects.
- Nuvoco Launches Zero M Epoxy Tile Grout.

- Nuvoco Launched InstaMix Superior Column Concrete.
- Nuvoco successfully completed AFR Project at its Risda Cement Plant, Chhattisgarh and Nimbol Cement Plant, Rajasthan.
- Nuvoco Expanded its Southern Footprint with New Ready-Mix Concrete Plant in Coimbatore.
- Nuvoco Launched Tech Express - Technical Mobile Van for Customer Support.
