Octal Credit Capital Limited reported standalone profit of Rs 5.77 lacs for Q2 ended September 30, 2025, compared to Rs 1.15 lacs in the previous quarter, driven by interest income of Rs 9.18 lacs and dividend income of Rs 1.62 lacs. On consolidated basis, the company posted a significantly higher profit of Rs 27.43 lacs for the quarter, with total assets standing at Rs 2,737.15 lacs as of September 30, 2025.

Octal Credit Capital Reports Q1 FY26 Results with Consolidated Profit of Rs 63.49 Lakhs

Octal Credit Capital Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 8.82 lakhs, primarily from interest income, compared to Rs 7.16 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Standalone profit for the period was Rs 1.15 lakhs versus Rs 0.77 lakhs in Q1 FY25. On a consolidated basis, the company achieved a significant profit of Rs 63.49 lakhs for the quarter, compared to Rs 33.72 lakhs in the previous year, largely driven by share of profit from associate company New View Consultants Private Limited amounting to Rs 62.34 lakhs. The Board of Directors approved these results at their meeting held on August 13, 2025. The company operates in two segments: financing activity and trading in shares & securities/investment activity.
