1995	Odyssey Corporation Ltd was incorporated and began providing corporate finance and advisory services.
2005	The Board of the company forfeited 19.68 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each. The Board of directors re-issued 19.68 lakh forfeited equity shares at a price of Rs 10 per share. Sandeep Seth & Co. were appointed as the new statutory auditors of the company.
2007	The company accepted the resignation of Mr. Himanshu Mehta from the directorship.
2010	Odyssey Corp changed its registered office address to Shop No.3, Hemu Castle, Dadabhai Road, Near Gokhlibai School, Mumbai 400 056.
2011	Odyssey Corporation Ltd recommended the payment of a final dividend at Rs. 0.50 per equity share. Odyssey Corporation entered into the film distribution business. The company split its face value of shares from Rs 10 to Rs 5.
