2020	Paytm Insurance Broking Limited was issued a certificate of registration by IRDAI to act as a direct broker (life and general). Paytm launched the mini-app store to support Indian developers. Paytm Payments Bank Limited was awarded the ETBFSI Excellence Award for the Best Digital Bank of the Year category by ETBFSI.com Paytm Money Limited was awarded the excellence in payment award by India FinTech Forum at India FinTech Awards.
2021	Paytm Payments Bank Limited's FASTags were awarded Excellence in Payments (Issuer) category at ASSOCHAM's Annual FinTech & Digital Payments event. Paytm was awarded the Best FinTech Growth Story award at India Digital Awards conducted by Internet and Mobile Association of India. Paytm Money Limited was awarded for trading tech at BW Disrupt TechTors Summit & Awards.
2022	Fullerton India partnered with Paytm to expand digital lending to MSMEs and consumers with a special focus on smaller cities and towns. Paytm broadened offline payments distribution by partnering with Samsung stores to deploy smart PoS devices and offered Paytm Postpaid. Paytm partnered with Piramal Finance to offer loans to merchants and small businesses of Bharat.

Paytm partnered with SBI Card and NPCI to launch next-gen co-branded RuPay credit cards.
