Orient Beverages Reports Q1 FY2026 Results, Schedules 64th AGM for September 2025

Orient Beverages Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results during a meeting held on August 13, 2025. The company scheduled its 64th Annual General Meeting for September 25, 2025, at 11:00 AM through video conferencing. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 19-25, 2025, for AGM purposes. The consolidated results include subsidiary Sharad Quench Pvt. Ltd, which reported revenues of Rs. 562 lakh and a net loss of Rs. 14 lakh for the quarter. The financial statements were reviewed by statutory auditors Tiwari & Co., who provided limited review reports on both standalone and consolidated results.
