Panjon Limited Reports Net Loss of ₹2.24 Crore in Q2 Results

Panjon Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a net loss of ₹2.24 crore for the quarter, compared to a net loss of ₹4.96 crore in the previous quarter. Income from operations stood at ₹1.49 crore for the quarter. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on November 13, 2025. The company's paid-up equity share capital remains at ₹17.19 crore. Cash and cash equivalents decreased to ₹32.67 lakh from ₹44.46 lakh in the previous period. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards.

Panjon Limited Reports 58% Decline in Q1 Revenue and Profit

Panjon Limited reported total income of Rs. 9.49 crore for Q1 FY2026, down from Rs. 22.66 crore in Q1 FY2025. Net profit after tax also declined to Rs. 9.49 crore from Rs. 22.66 crore in the same quarter last year. However, performance improved compared to Q4 FY2025, which recorded Rs. 3.46 crore in both revenue and profit. Earnings per share decreased to Rs. 0.01 from Rs. 0.015 year-over-year. The company maintained its paid-up equity share capital at Rs. 17.16 crore and reserves of Rs. 62.20 crore. The results show significant quarterly volatility in the company's financial performance.

Panjon Limited Approves Quarterly Results and Key Leadership Reappointments

Panjon Limited's board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, during a meeting held on August 12, 2025. The board reappointed Mr. Jay Kothari as Executive Managing Director and Mrs. Anju Kothari as Executive Director, both for 3-year terms from August 12, 2025 to August 11, 2028, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The company also appointed M/s GOYAL PARUL & Co. as statutory auditor for a five-year term. The board scheduled the Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2025, with share transfer books closing from September 24-30, 2025.
