  • Paramount bagged a Rs 120-cr DoT order.

2001

  • The company issued and allotted 12,00,000 shares at a total price of Rs 58 per equity share.

2002

  • Paramount Communications declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.20 per share at the rate of 12%.

2004

  • Paramount Communications bagged an export order of US $ 1.5 million from Sri Lanka.

2005

  • Paramount Communications bagged an export order of US $ 1.5 million from Sri Lanka.
  • Paramount Communications received orders of Rs 8.10 million from NDPL.
  • Paramount Communications bagged a Rs 55 million order from Indian Railways.
  • Paramount Communications received an order worth Rs 44 million from REL.

2006

  • Paramount Communications secured orders worth Rs 200 million for Power Cables.

2007

  • Paramount Communications acquired UK-based AEI Cables.
  • The company split its face value from Rs.10 to Rs.2.
  • Paramount Communications designated an E-mail ID for investor complaints.

2008

  • Paramount Communications recommended a dividend of 20%.

2009

  • Paramount Communications launched Housewiring Cables in the domestic market.

2013

  • Ram Kumar Sharma was appointed as Non-rotational Nominee/Institutional Director of Paramount Communications Ltd.
