Parnax Lab Limited approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 196.75 lakhs and net profit of Rs. 23.49 lakhs with basic EPS of Rs. 0.20. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations reached Rs. 5,337.55 lakhs with net profit of Rs. 327.49 lakhs and basic EPS of Rs. 2.85. The company scheduled its 43rd Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2025, to be conducted via video conferencing. Additionally, the board approved the appointment of M/s HSPN & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from FY 2025-2026 to FY 2029-2030, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
