2019	PCBL expects new products from Gujarat R&D centre in 3 months.
2021	The company commissioned two specialty black lines at Palej, Gujarat for production of wide range of specialty black products.
2022	The Company split its face value from Rs. 2/- to Rs. 1/. The company name was changed to PCBL Ltd. from Phillips Carbon Black Ltd.
2023	PCBL Breaks New Ground with Rs 3,800 Crore Aquapharm Acquisition. PCBL secured a patent for surface modified carbon black grades that will improve rubber performance. PCBL increased its green power capacity to 110 MW. PCBL successfully commissioned the first phase of specialty chemicals capacity expansion at Mundra, Gujarat.
