1986

1988

  • The actual production of the Parent Farm and hatchery unit commenced.

1992

  • A Special Resolution was passed on 10th December.

1993

  • The company was converted into a Public Limited Company under Section 31(1)/44.
  • The company obtained a certificate for change of name from Pioneer Farms Private Limited to Pioneer Farms Limited.

2013

  • PFL Infotech Ltd appointed Mr. Pankaj Kumar Agrawal as the Independent Director of the Company.
