2010

  • The Company received approval to incorporate a 100% subsidiary company, PRIMA GLOBAL FZE, in the Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone Authority, UAE.

2011

  • The Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share (10%).

2012

  • The Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share (10%).

2013

  • The Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share (10%).
