Purohit Construction Reports Loss and Appoints New Auditors

Purohit Construction Limited's Board approved unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a net loss of Rs. 9.98 lakhs compared to a profit of Rs. 1.92 lakhs in the previous quarter. Revenue from operations remained flat at Rs. 12.00 lakhs. Total expenses increased to Rs. 9.81 lakhs from Rs. 10.47 lakhs in the prior quarter. Basic and diluted earnings per share were negative at Rs. 0.23. The Board also appointed M/s. B N P S AND ASSOCIATES LLP as new statutory auditors to fill a casual vacancy arising from the resignation of existing auditors, effective August 14, 2025, until the 34th AGM.
