R.J. Shah & Company Reports Quarterly Financial Results for Quarter Ended September 30, 2025

R.J. Shah & Company Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The Board of Directors approved the results at their meeting held on October 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 0.46 crores for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to Rs. 1.24 crores in the previous quarter ended June 2025. Profit before tax stood at Rs. 0.21 crores for the current quarter versus Rs. 0.27 crores in the previous quarter. For the half-year period, profit before tax was Rs. 0.27 crores compared to Rs. 7.71 crores in the previous year. The company operates in civil engineering construction projects with no separate reportable segments.
