Rainbow Foundations Appoints Two New Directors Including Former Police Officer

Rainbow Foundations Ltd has appointed two new directors effective September 30, 2025. Mr. Raghunathdogra Satishkumardogra was appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term starting August 14, 2025. He holds an MA in English Literature and Linguistics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, with 31 years of experience in the Indian Police Service, rising from Assistant Superintendent to Director General of Police. He received President's Medals for both Meritorious and Distinguished Service. Mr. Ashish Jain was appointed as Executive Director, holding an MBA with expertise in Real Estate & Property Development. Jain is the son of Mr. Gajraj Jain, Joint Managing Director of the company. Both appointments were made following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration committee and approval at the Annual General Meeting. The appointments are part of compliance with SEBI listing regulations.
