For FY 2020-21, the company filed a writ petition with the High Court against an order from the Assistant Commissioner (ST), Aghapura Circle. The court granted a stay on recovery proceedings during a hearing on 02.05.2025, and the case was adjourned to 01.09.2025 with the stay extended. For fiscal years 2021-22, 2022-23, and 2023-24, the company filed appeals with the Appellate Authority, GST, Telangana, challenging demands raised by the Assistant Commissioner.
