Rajkamal Synthetics Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, during a board meeting held on November 10, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 176.21 lakhs for the quarter, with net profit of Rs. 7.21 lakhs. For the half-year period, revenue reached Rs. 319.57 lakhs with net profit of Rs. 13.39 lakhs. The board also approved a 51% investment in Indoframe Industries Private Limited, a yet-to-be-incorporated company that will focus on manufacturing basic iron and steel, structural metal products, and fabricated metal products. The new subsidiary will have proposed authorized and paid-up capital of Rs. 1 lakh each, with shares valued at Rs. 10 per share. The investment is expected to be completed within 60 days of incorporation, with the registered office proposed in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The consolidated results showed similar performance with additional contributions from existing subsidiaries including Eliraluxe Skincare Private Limited and RKR Mines and Minerals Private Limited.
