  • The Company was converted from Private Limited to Public Limited and changed its name to Ram Ratna Wires Ltd.

1993

  • The Company obtained a letter of acknowledgement from Govt. of India, Ministry of Industry, Department of Industrial Development Entrepreneur Assistance Unit.
  • The Company's project was appraised by IDBI.

1994

  • The promoters approached IDBI, Ahmedabad for term financing.

2003

  • Ram Ratna recommended a Dividend of 5%.

2004

  • The Company recommended a dividend of 10%.

2005

  • The Company successfully commenced the production at the Company's new unit 'Salasar Copper' at Silvassa.
  • Ram Ratna recommended a dividend of 12.50%.

2006

  • Ram Ratna recommended a dividend of 12.50%.

2007

  • Ram Ratna Wires Ltd approved the recommendation of Dividend of Re. 0.75 per share (15%) on the Paid-up Equity Share.
