2012	Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers' stock jumped over 4% on a divestment plan.
2013	Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers completed a major revamp of its plants at Thal, increasing its Urea capacity. RCF signed an MOU with the Government of India.
2014	The company signed an MOU with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited for setting up a new sewage treatment plant. Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers recommended payment of a final dividend at Rs 1.50 per equity share. The company approved the setting up of a 2 MWp PV grid-connected crystalline solar power plant at Trombay.
2015	RCF signed an MOU with Turkmenhimiya to supply urea. Rashtriya Chemicals entered into a joint venture with CIL, GAIL, and FCL. The company planned to invest around Rs 14,000 crore over the next five years for expansion.
2021	Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers received approval from the Department of Fertilizers for setting up an NPK plant.
