2012
- The Company completed the project 'TURQUOISE' in Ahmedabad.
2016
- The previous promoters Mr. Jitendra Shah and Mr. Mahendra Shah handed over their business to the next generation, i.e. Mr. Kaivan Shah and Mrs. Meghna Shah.
- Mr. Kaivan Shah and Mrs. Meghna Shah were appointed as Promoter Executive Directors of the company.
2017
- The Company has entered into Limited Liability Partnership Agreement with Rajul Projects LLP for developing project namely 'RATNA ARTEMUS II'
- The Company was converted into a public limited company and its name was changed to 'Ratnabhumi Developers Limited'.
2023
- Ratnabhumi Developer acquired additional 15% stake in Raivat Projects LLP.
