  • The Company became public limited on 29th April.

1993

  • The Company came out with a public issue of Rs.10 each at par aggregating Rs.6.37 crores to part finance its expansion of tiles capacity from 43158 sq. mtrs. to 81600 sq. mtrs. per annum.
  • 21,30,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each were allotted to promoters and Directors and 63,70,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at par were allotted to the NRIs, Mutual Funds and general public through public issue.
