Raymond Realty, Prior to the Scheme of Arrangement being approved by Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench, was a wholly owned Subsidiary of Raymond Limited. Pursuant to the Scheme becoming effective, the whole of the “realty business” referred to as the Demerged Undertaking under the Scheme, has been demerged from Raymond Limited and vested into the Company with effect from the Appointed Date of the Scheme i.e. April 1, 2025.
