  • The Registered office of the Company was changed to Marathe Udyog Bhavan, 2nd Floor, Appasaheb Marathe Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400 025.

2005

  • Repro India set a price band of Rs 145-165 a share for its initial public offering.

2008

  • Repro India Ltd appointed Mr. P Krishnamurthy as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company.

2009

  • Repro India recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share.

2010

  • Repro India recommended a dividend of Rs. 3.00 per share.

2011

  • Repro India acquired Macmillan's Printing Operations in India.
  • Repro India participated in the Zimbabwe International Book Fair 2011.
  • Repro India was awarded the Capexil award for the fifth time.
  • Repro India received the FORGA PSO Certification.
  • Repro India participated in the Ghana Book Fair 2011.

2012

  • Repro India Ltd recommended a dividend of Rs. 10 per share.
  • The Registered Office of the Company was shifted to 11th Floor, Sun Paradise Business Plaza, B wing, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai - 400013.

2013

  • Repro India Ltd recommended a dividend of Rs. 10 per share.

2014

  • Repro India Ltd recommended a final dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share.

  • Repro India tied up with LIGHTNING SOURCE INC (The INGRAM Content Group Inc) to become a part of the Ingram Content Group's Global Connect program.
