- The Company became a subsidiary of GJS Hotels Limited and a step down subsidiary of Asian Hotels (East) Limited.
2017
- The Company became a subsidiary of Forex Finance Private Limited.
2019
- The Company became a wholly owned Subsidiary of Asian Hotels (East) Limited pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement.
- All the securities held by GJS in the Company were transferred to Asian Hotels (East) Limited.
2022
- The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company.
- The Company name was changed to Robust Hotels Limited.
- The Hon’ble NCLT, Kolkata and Chennai benches sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Asian Hotels (East) Limited.
- The Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Asian Hotels (East) Limited came into effect.
- The Demerged Undertaking of Asian Hotels (East) Limited was transferred and vested in the Company.
- The equity shares of the Company held by Asian were cancelled and the Company ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of Asian.
- Equity Shares of Robust were issued and allotted to the Shareholders of Asian.
